Ingredients:
· 1 large chicken thigh (approximately 300g)
· 1 Cantonese sausage (approximately 100g)
Seasonings:
· Chili powder 3g
· Salt 2g
· Sesame oil 3ml
· Hua Diao wine (a type of Chinese rice wine) 10ml
· Haoji Liquid Chicken Bouillon 10ml
· Sliced ginger 2g
· Sliced scallion 3g
Preparation Method:
1. Marinate the chicken thigh with Haoji Liquid Chicken Bouillon, sesame oil, chili powder, and salt for 3 hours.
2. Slice the Cantonese sausage diagonally and place on a plate. Arrange the marinated chicken thigh on top, pour Hua Diao wine over it, and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the chicken thigh from the plate, cut into pieces, and arrange on a serving dish. Sprinkle with sliced ginger and scallion, and pour hot oil over the top.
