Garlic-flavored Ear Mushroom with Spinach

Ingredients:

· 200g spinach

· 100g Ear Mushroom


Seasonings:

· 20g ginger powder

· 8ml Haoji Liquid Chicken Bouillon

· 5ml Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil  

· 4ml vinegar

· 3g salt


Preparation Method:

1. Wash the spinach thoroughly, blanch it in boiling water, then rinse with cold water and drain. Cut into 100px long sections.

2. Place the spinach sections and Ear Mushroom in a bowl, add salt, garlic paste, Haoji Liquid Chicken Bouillon, Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil  , and vinegar. Mix well and transfer to a serving plate.


Characteristics:
Simple ingredients and easy preparation. With the addition of Haoji Liquid Chicken Bouillon and Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil  , the humble ingredients are transformed into a delicious and refreshing dish with a lingering numbing aroma.
