Main Ingredients:

250g braised beef


Supporting Ingredients:

20g onion, 5g chili peppers, 2g ginger slices, 2g cilantro


Seasonings:

15g Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce, 10g purified water, 5g fresh lemon juice, 2g white sugar


Preparation Method:

1. Cut the beef and onion into slices, and mince the chili peppers.

2. Mix the sliced beef with the supporting ingredients and seasonings evenly, and plate it.
