500g Pork Leg Meat (Second Cut)

100g Houttuynia cordata (also known as fishwort)

50g Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce, 20g White Sugar, 20g Chili Oil, 10g Vinegar, 5g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 5g Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil, 5g Dark Soy Sauce
Preparation Method:
1. Cook the pork leg meat to seven-tenths done and set aside. Reserve the cooking broth. Wash and prepare the supporting ingredients. Mix the garnishes and seasonings to create a sauce and set aside.
2. Slice the pork leg meat into thin pieces, then place them in the reserved cooking broth. Scald them until fully cooked, remove excess oil, and lift out. Add the Houttuynia cordata and roll them into small rolls, arranging neatly on a plate.
3. Pour the prepared sauce over the pork rolls.
