Main Ingredients:
50g chicken hearts, 100g chicken feet, 50g chicken gizzards
Supporting Ingredients:
60g potatoes, 50g lotus root, 50g fresh bamboo shoots, 100g Erjingtiao green peppers, 50g chili peppers, 30g fresh green peppercorns, 30g toasted sesame seeds, 30g ginger, 30g scallion
Seasonings:
50g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 30g Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil
, 3g salt, 10g cooking wine, 2g pepper, 1000g fresh chicken broth
Preparation Method:
1. Wash the ingredients and place them in a pot. Add water, cooking wine, pepper, ginger, and scallion. Cook until done, then remove and let cool. Slice and string them onto skewers.
2. In a bowl, add fresh chicken broth, Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, salt, Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil, green pepper slices, chili pepper slices, and fresh green peppercorns. Mix well to create the base sauce for the Bowl Chicken. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
3. Place all the skewers in the bowl and let them soak for half an hour to absorb the flavors.
