Preparation of Coating Sauce:
Heat the rapeseed oil until it reaches 50% heat, then pour it over the coating sauce ingredients and mix evenly.
Preparation Method: (Taking fried pork belly as an example)
1. Add 200g of sliced pork belly to the marinade and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Use skewers to string the marinated pork belly slices and fry them in the seasoned oil until cooked. Brush the skewers with the coating sauce.
Note: The same procedure applies to beef and liver (chicken wings require marinating for 3 hours).
