Main Ingredients:
200g Termitomyces


Supporting Ingredients:
150g asparagus


Seasonings:
10g Haoji Spicy Sichuan Sauce, 15g scallion oil, 2g light soy sauce, 2g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules

Preparation Method:

1. Blanch the black termitomyces, drain the excess water, and squeeze dry with a towel. Set aside. Slice the asparagus into pieces and wrap each slice of asparagus with black termitomyces, then arrange on a serving plate.

2. Mix the seasonings to create a flavorful sauce and pour it over the wrapped termitomyces.

Spicy and refreshing, with a rich mushroom aroma.
