Ingredients:
80g okra
60g tomatoes
50g lotus root
30g radish
100g green mango
120g chicken breast
150g summer multicolor lettuce
Seasonings:
100g peanut butter
5ml Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce
Preparation Method:
1. Clean and prepare the okra, tomatoes, lotus root, radish, green mango, and lettuce.
2. Marinate the chicken breast with mint for 2 hours.
3. Cook the marinated chicken breast using low-temperature slow cooking until done, then slice into strips.
4. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and set aside.
5. Use the lettuce as a base and layer the various vegetable cubes and chicken breast on top.
6. Make the salad dressing by combining peanut butter and Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce (ratio 20:1).
7. Finally, pour the spicy salad dressing on top.
