The official opening of Haoji Inspiration Kitchen took place at 3:30 pm on December 8th, 2014. The ceremony was attended by renowned Chinese chef Peng Ziyu, Sichuan cuisine master Xin Delu, editor-in-chief of "Sichuan Cuisine" magazine Wang Xudong, as well as Secretary-General Gao Pu from the Sichuan Culinary Association, along with numerous other chefs, food experts, and cooking enthusiasts.
Haoji Inspiration Kitchen is the first professional kitchen built specifically for the purpose of cuisine research and development. It innovatively integrates a professional kitchen, research and development center, interactive restaurant, and brand experience into a comprehensive space. Here, consumers can experience the secrets of top-tier cuisine from various regions; professional researchers can conduct product research, experimentation, and kitchen operations based on consumer needs; food experts can gather to discuss and share industry experiences and explore possibilities; and chefs can learn, exchange ideas, develop new dishes, and innovate cooking techniques.
Where did the inspiration for creating Haoji Inspiration Kitchen come from? As a joint venture in Greater China, Mr. Li Guang, Deputy General Manager of Jollibee, also attended the opening ceremony. He specifically mentioned that whether it's for ordinary consumers' personal interests in cooking, the needs of the current restaurant industry transformation, or chefs' considerations for developing and innovating dishes, there is a need for a place where one can access cutting-edge information in the catering industry and exchange industry experiences. Under such circumstances, Haoji Inspiration Kitchen was born! It is a professional venue that can impart knowledge and share insights for catering industry professionals and cooking enthusiasts. During the opening ceremony, Haoji Inspiration Kitchen also ushered in its first major collaboration project after its inauguration - the innovative collaboration for the industrialization and internationalization of Sichuan cuisine. Yang Xiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sichuan Tourism University, was present to present a plaque to Haoji. This project, jointly organized by Haoji and Sichuan Tourism University, aims to effectively integrate resources in the field of Sichuan cuisine both domestically and internationally, establish a strategic alliance for collaborative innovation, and better promote and develop the essence of Sichuan cuisine and its seasoning.
From the birth of the first packet of chicken seasoning in Sichuan to the opening of Inspiration Kitchen, Haoji has been committed to its mission of focusing on Sichuan seasoning for 28 years.
