Ingredients:
· 500g beef brisket
· 200g green bamboo shoots
Seasonings:
· 5g garlic paste
· 20g crushed wild peppers
· 50g yellow chili sauce
· 5g mint leaves
· 10ml Haoji Liquid Chicken Bouillon 5ml Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil
· 500ml high-quality soup stock
· 50ml salad oil
Preparation Method:
1. Clean the beef brisket and cut into chunks. Blanch briefly in boiling water and remove.
2. Heat the oil in a pot and add the garlic paste to fry until fragrant. Add the crushed wild peppers and yellow chili sauce, stir for a moment, then pour in the high-quality soup stock. Add the Haoji Liquid Chicken Bouillon and mix well. Place the beef brisket in a steamer and steam for 2 hours until the beef is tender and cooked.
3. Slice the green bamboo shoots and place them at the bottom of a serving dish. Remove the beef brisket from the steamer and arrange on top of the bamboo shoots. Drizzle with Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil and sprinkle with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
