10g Fresh Peppercorns, 20g Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce, 10g Cooking Wine, 10g Old Ginger, 8g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 5g White Sugar, 2g Salt
Preparation Method:
1. Cut the fresh rabbit meat into cubes and marinate with cooking wine, salt, ginger, and scallion for 2 hours. Fry the rabbit cubes in medium-hot oil until golden brown and set aside.
2. Cut the supporting ingredients into granules and set aside.
3. Mix the Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce, white sugar, cooking wine, and Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules together to make a sauce and set aside.
4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan. Add the green and red Jinchao pepper granules and millet pepper granules, stir-fry until fragrant. Add the fried rabbit cubes and stir-fry together. Then add the prepared sauce, stir well, and transfer to a serving dish.
