300g Sole Fish
Supporting Ingredients:
50g Cold Noodles, 1g Cherry Tomatoes, 5g Melon, a handful of Organic Bean Sprouts, a sprinkle of Basil, a sprinkle of Fennel Sprouts, 20g Lime Juice
Seasonings:
30g Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce, 10g Old Ginger, 10g Scallion, 10g Purified Water, 5g Cooking Oil, 2g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 100g Raw Starch
Preparation Method:
1. Fully thaw the Sole Fish. Mix the juice extracted from ginger and scallion with water and add it to the Sole Fish. Marinate for half an hour and set aside.
2. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan. Dip the marinated Sole Fish in raw starch on both sides and pan-fry until golden brown. Cut diagonally into four pieces and arrange on a plate.
3. Arrange the cold noodles, cherry tomatoes, melon, organic bean sprouts, fennel sprouts, and basil on the plate.
4. Mix the Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce, Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, purified water, and lime juice into a sauce and evenly pour it over the Sole Fish.
