30g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 5g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 2g Salt, 10g Cooking Wine, 3g White Sugar
Preparation Method:
1. Clean the eel, remove the large bones, and cut into sections. Marinate with salt and cooking wine for half an hour. Deep-fry the eel sections in medium-heated oil and set aside. Cut the green bell pepper and chili pepper into sections, and slice the young ginger into long slices for later use.
2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the green bell pepper, chili pepper, sliced young ginger, and green peppercorns until fragrant. Add the fried eel sections and stir evenly. Then add the sauce prepared with all the seasonings, stir until evenly coated, and serve in a plate.
