Main Ingredients:
400g Baby Cabbage
Supporting Ingredients:
100g Garlic Mash, 15g Millet Peppers, 10g Chopped Scallion, 100g Vermicelli
Seasonings:
50g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 10g Sesame Oil, 20g Oyster Sauce, 5g Meijixian Seasoning Sauce
Preparation Method:
1. Place the vermicelli at the bottom of a steamer tray and arrange the cut baby cabbage on top of the vermicelli.
2. Mix the supporting ingredients and seasonings evenly and pour over the baby cabbage. Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes. Remove from the steamer, sprinkle with chopped scallion, and drizzle with oil before serving.
