Main Ingredients:
200g Peeled White Gourd, 200g Chantenay Melon
Supporting Ingredients:
10g Fresh Green Peppercorns, 20g Chopped Scallion, 150g Soup Stock
Seasonings:
30g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 15g Water Starch
Preparation Method:
1. Cut the white gourd and chantenay melon into suitable sizes and steam them in a steamer.
2. Stir-fry the seasonings until fragrant, then add the soup stock and simmer until flavorful. Thicken the sauce with water starch, and pour over the steamed main ingredients. Add the chopped scallion and fresh green peppercorns, and finally drizzle with oil before serving.
