Main Ingredients:
250g Rabbit Meat
Supporting Ingredients:
50g Small Green Bell Peppers, 5g Fresh Peppercorns, 20g Garlic
Seasonings:
20g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 5g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 15g Water Starch, 400g Soup Stock
Preparation Method:
1. Cut the rabbit meat into slices, add it to a pan and stir-fry until most of the water is absorbed. Add the seasonings, 40g of the small green bell peppers, and garlic. Pour in the soup stock and transfer to a pressure cooker. Cook under pressure for 6 minutes.
2. Remove the cooked rabbit meat from the pressure cooker and transfer it back to a pan. Add the remaining 10g of small green bell peppers and the fresh peppercorns. Cook until the sauce is reduced and thickened.
