250g Black Chicken
Supporting Ingredients:
200g Small Green Bell Peppers, 8g Each of Ginger and Garlic Slices, 5g Fresh Peppercorns
Seasonings:
50g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce,10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules
Preparation Method:
1. Cut the black chicken into small cubes and slice the small green bell peppers into small rounds.
2. Stir-fry the black chicken cubes until cooked. Add the supporting ingredients, along with the Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce and Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, and stir-fry until well-cooked. Remove from heat and plate.
