Main Ingredients:
10 Fresh Abalone, 100g Pork Belly
Supporting Ingredients:
150g Small Green Bell Peppers, 10g Small Red Chili Peppers, 10g Minced Garlic
Seasonings:
15g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 5g Meijixian Seasoning, 20g Oyster Sauce, 5g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 3g White Sugar, 10g Water Starch
Preparation Method:
1. Wash the abalone and cut into crosshatch patterns, then soak in soup stock.
2. Slice the small green bell peppers and small red chili peppers into rounds and set aside.
3. Cut the pork belly into small cubes and marinate with a starch slurry, set aside.
4. Stir-fry the small green bell peppers, small red chili peppers, pork belly cubes, abalone, and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the seasonings and stir evenly. Remove from heat, plate.
