Main Ingredients:
400g Yellow Catfish
Supporting Ingredients:
20g Green Bell Pepper, 20g Millet Chili Peppers, 15g Fresh Peppercorns, 10g Onion, 5g Cilantro, 500g Soup Stock
Seasonings:
50g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules
Preparation Method:
1. Heat the stone pot and set it aside for later use.
Stir-fry the supporting ingredients until fragrant, then add the soup stock. Add the Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce and Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules
2. and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the cooked sauce into the stone pot, place the yellow catfish inside, cover, and stew for 5 minutes. Serve.
