25g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 40g Soy Sauce, 2g Sugar, 10g Fresh Lemon Juice, 20g Scallion Oil
Preparation Method:
1. Blanch the frozen konjac briefly in boiling water and then rinse with cold water to cool it down. Squeeze out the excess water and place it in a dish.
2. Mix the seasonings together evenly and pour over the main ingredient.
