Main Ingredients:
300g Black-Boned Chicken
Supporting Ingredients:
50g scallion sections, 25g Millet Chili Peppers, 10g garlic paste, 3g chopped scallion
Seasonings:
50g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 30g vinegar, 10g chili oil, 5g Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil, 3g Maggi seasoning sauce
Preparation Method:
1. Cook the black-boned chicken until done and cut it into pieces for later use.
2. Place scallion sections on the bottom of the dish and arrange the chicken pieces on top.
3. Mix the supporting ingredients and seasonings into a sauce and pour it over the chicken. Sprinkle with chopped scallion and serve.
