Main Ingredients:
6 tiger prawns, 100g fresh squid, 150g rice noodles, 100g crab sticks
Supporting Ingredients:
5g onion, 50g red bell pepper, 5g scallion sections, 5g ginger slices
Seasonings:
30g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 300g stock, 10g chili sauce, 8g sauce, 5g oyster sauce, 1g light soy sauce
Preparation Method:
1. Blanch the tiger prawns, squid, and crab sticks briefly in boiling water, then drain and set aside. Cook the rice noodles until done and set aside.
2. Stir-fry the supporting ingredients until fragrant, then add the stock, tiger prawns, squid, crab sticks, and seasonings. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
3. Pour the cooked sauce over the rice noodles and serve.
