Main Ingredients:
300g King Oyster Mushrooms
Supporting Ingredients:
20g green bell pepper chunks, 20g red bell pepper chunks
Seasonings:
50g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules
Preparation Method:
1. Cut the King Oyster Mushrooms into slices and fry them in a pan of oil until they turn golden brown.
2. Blanch the green bell pepper chunks and red bell pepper chunks briefly in boiling water and set aside.
3. Mix all the seasonings evenly. Add the main and supporting ingredients and toss them together until evenly coated.
