500g pig trotters
Supporting Ingredients:
150g burnt green peppers, 10g ginger, 50g scallion sections
Seasonings:
12g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 7g vinegar, 3g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 6g cooking wine, 5g Ultra-tasty Soy Sauce, 20g raw vegetable oil, 5g salt, 2g pepper
Preparation Method:
1. Wash and cut the pig trotters into pieces. Boil briefly and then use a pressure cooker to cook with salt, cooking wine, pepper, ginger, and scallion for 15 minutes until the trotters are tender. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
2. Chop the burnt green peppers and mix with Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, vinegar, Ultra-tasty Soy Sauce, Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, and raw vegetable oil. Stir well and set aside.
3. Arrange the cooked trotters on a plate and pour the mixed burnt pepper sauce over them.
