100g green peppers (Erjing variety), 100g cucumber, 20g small chili peppers, 15g fresh green prickly ash peppers

10g Haoji Spicy Sichuan Sauce, 3g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 5g oyster sauce, 5g Haoji Chilli Liquid Seasoning, 3g cooking wine, 5g Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil, 5g bean starch
Preparation Method:
1. Prepare the crab by killing, cutting into pieces, slicing the cucumber, halving the small chili peppers, and slicing the green peppers in half lengthwise. Set aside.
2. Marinate the crab pieces with cooking wine and pepper, then coat with bean starch. Heat oil in a pan and fry the crab pieces until golden brown, then remove from the pan.
3. Heat oil in the pan again and stir-fry the green peppers, small chili peppers, and fresh green prickly ash peppers until fragrant. Add the crab pieces and stir-fry briefly with cooking wine. Add the cucumber slices, Haoji Spicy Sichuan Sauce, oyster sauce, Haoji Chilli Liquid Seasoning , and Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules for seasoning. Thicken the sauce with bean starch and stir to evenly coat the crab pieces. Finally, add the Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil and serve.
