Ingredients:
100g green papaya
Seasonings:
10g Thai basil
15g garlic
15g chili peppers (small, spicy variety)
10g dried shallot
10g fresh lime juice
5g white sugar
10g fish sauce
15g Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce
Preparation Method:
1. Shred the green papaya into thin strips and set aside.
2. Make the Thai sauce: Combine the Thai basil, garlic, chili peppers, dried shallot slices, Thai fresh lime juice, and about 15g of Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce. Grind or blend until well combined.
3. Add the Thai sauce to the shredded green papaya and mix evenly. Arrange on a plate and serve.
