Ingredients:
5 large shrimp
1 peach
1 lemon
50g mixed lettuce
Seasonings:
10g salt
10g scallion and ginger slices
10g ginger slices
5g white sugar
5g Haoji Green Chilli and PepperSichuan Sauce
Preparation Method:
1. Prepare a small amount of scallion and ginger slices, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil in a pot.
2. Peel the fresh shrimp, add them to the boiling water, and cook until done. Then, let them cool down.
3. Slice the peach and wash the vegetables.
4. Place the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Add 4 drops of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, white sugar, and Haoji Green Chilli and PepperSichuan Sauce. Mix well.
