Ingredients:
5 Thai green shrimps
1 mango
1 avocado
1 grapefruit
A few vegetables
Seasonings:
5g Haoji Green Chilli and PepperSichuan Sauce
1g salt
1g white pepper powder
10g olive oil
15g lemon juice
5g brandy
Preparation Method:
1. Remove the heads and shells from the Thai green shrimps, drain the excess water, and marinate with Haoji Green Chilli and PepperSichuan Sauce, brandy, white pepper powder, salt, and lemon juice for about 30 minutes.
2. Peel and deseed the mango, then cut into chunks. Peel the grapefruit and break into small pieces. Wash the seasonal vegetables and tear into small pieces for standby.
3. Heat a flat pan, pour in the olive oil, and pan-fry the shrimps until they are evenly colored and fully cooked. Arrange the fruits, vegetables, and cooked shrimps in the plate in order, and decorate as desired.
