Main Ingredients:
100g Oyster Mushrooms, 100g Enokitake Mushrooms, 100g King Oyster Mushrooms
Seasoning Ingredients:
10g Minced Garlic, 5g Millet Pepper Flakes, 15g Cilantro Finely Chopped, 30g Lard
Seasonings:
15g Haoji Ginger and Chilli Sichuan Sauce, 10g Superior Soup Stock, 4g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 2g White Sugar
Preparation Method:
1. Wash and slice the oyster mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms. Wash and trim the roots of the enokitake mushrooms.
2. Fry all the main ingredients briefly in oil and set aside.
3. Mix the seasonings evenly, then add the main ingredients and stir to combine. Place the mixture in a piece of tin foil, bake for five minutes. Transfer the tin foil to a serving dish, light it with a strong liquor, and serve.
