Frog with Bean Curd

Main Ingredients:
350g Frog Meat, 1 Box of Meat-flavored Bean Curd


Supporting Ingredients:
15g Green Peppercorns, 20g Millet Peppers, 15g Chopped Scallion


Seasonings:
50g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 500g Soup Stock, 10g Water Starch


Preparation Method:

1. Heat the bean curd in boiling water and set aside.

2. Briefly fry the frog meat in oil heated to 80% of its smoking point and set aside.

3. Stir-fry the supporting ingredients in a pan until fragrant. Add the soup stock, Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, and Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules. Add the frog meat and thicken the sauce with water starch.

4. Place the bean curd at the bottom of a serving dish, arrange the cooked frog meat on top, sprinkle with chopped scallion, and drizzle with oil before serving.
