Kung Fu Spicy Duck Intestines

Main Ingredients:
350g Fresh Duck Intestines


Supporting Ingredients:
30g Green Bell Pepper, 20g Red Bell Pepper, 5g Fresh Green Peppercorns


Seasonings:
50g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 10g Water Starch


Preparation Method:

1. Rinse and blanch the prepared duck intestines briefly, then briefly fry them in oil.

2. Stir-fry the supporting ingredients in a pan until fragrant. Add the duck intestines, seasonings, and mix well. Add water starch to thicken the sauce. Stir evenly and plate.
