Main Ingredients:
300g Old Tofu, 150g Preserved Ham
Supporting Ingredients:
50g Pointed Peppers, 10g Millet Peppers, 10g Scallion Segments
Seasonings:
40g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 8g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 3g Sugar, 10g Light Soy Sauce, 10g Lard, 500g Soup Stock
Preparation Method:
1. Cook the old tofu with seasonings in a pressure cooker for 8 minutes and set aside.
2. Cut the tofu into suitable sizes and place them in a container. Stir-fry the supporting ingredients until fragrant and pour over the tofu. Heat up before serving.
