25g Young Ginger, 5g Shredded Scallion, 5g Millet Chili Peppers, 10g Garlic Paste, 5g Green Bell Pepper, 5g Red Bell Pepper
Seasonings:
50g Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, 10g Haoji Chicken Flavour Seasoning Granules, 5g Vinegar, 5g Sesame Oil, 5g Meijixian Sauce, 5g Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper Oil
Preparation Method:
1. Blanch the duck intestines briefly in boiling water to partially cook them, then drain and let them air dry for later use.
2. Mix the seasonings together and toss them with the main and supporting ingredients until evenly coated. Serve in a dish.
