Preparation Method:
1. Cook the chicken feet until done and let them cool down for later use.
2. Char the small green chili peppers and slice them for later use.
3. Mix all the seasonings together evenly and add the chicken feet, small green chili peppers, millet chili peppers, and garlic paste. Toss them together until evenly coated and flavored.
