Ingredients:
Squid tentacles, scallops, clams, salmon, yellow bell peppers, lettuce, carrots, lemon, avocado, asparagus, Italian pasta
Seasonings:
250g white onion, a pinch of garlic, a pinch of thyme, 500g tomatoes, 2 liters of chicken bone broth, 80g Haoji spicy Sichuan sauce
Preparation Method:
1. Make the Italian tomato sauce: Simmer tomatoes, white onion, Haoji Spicy Sichuan Sauce, garlic, a pinch of thyme, and 2 liters of chicken bone broth for 2-3 hours. Set aside.
2. Cut the avocado, carrots, asparagus, and yellow bell peppers into slices and set aside. Cook the Italian pasta and set aside.
3. Grill the squid tentacles, scallops, clams, and salmon on an iron plate until cooked.
4. Place all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, pour over the Italian tomato sauce, mix well, and decorate as desired before serving.
