Ingredients:
New Zealand King Salmon, Hokkaido scallops, large shrimp, crab sticks, carrots, cabbage, onion, crab roe, fried basil leaves, lotus root slices
Seasonings:
Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce, Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper oil, sesame seeds
Preparation Method:
1. Boil the large shrimp and cut into cubes. Cut the King Salmon and Hokkaido scallops into cubes. Shred the crab sticks, carrots, onions, and cabbage for later use.
2. Add an appropriate amount of Haoji Sichuan Green Pepper oil and Haoji Green Chilli and Pepper Sichuan Sauce (ratio 1:1) and mix well.
3. Add the fried basil leaves, lotus root slices, and sesame seeds, then plate the salad.
